What an honor
The Carter High School Marching Band in East Knox County TN, has been invited to march and perform in the New Years Day Parade in London England. This will be the first time a marching band has performed in their New Years Day Parade. What an honor that they have chosen a band from right here in East Tennessee. Each member of the band has to raise $2800.00 for their trip to London. With the economy the way it is right now, they need all the help they can get. “Hard Times”
Times are hard all over, from hours being cut to jobs being cut, or maybe it’s your health or the health of a loved one. Sometimes it looks as if there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. The truth is, not only is there a light at the end of the tunnel, but there’s one that has been called, and indeed is the light of the world.
